Instructions for DEEP exfoliation: Add the scrub to a warm, wet towel and rub in circular motions, until you have covered your entire face. Follow with your favorite CheNichole cleanser, toner, serums and moisturizer.
For a less intense effect, combine the scrub with your favorite CheNichole cleanser or rose oil, and follow with the same products as indicated above.
